  • Do I have to provide my own detergent?
    No need! We will provide the soap but you can choose to provide your own if we don't carry your preferred brand.
  • Do I need to be present for pick up and drop off?
    No, you can leave your laundry bagged outside for us to pick up. Your order will be delivered in sanitized clear bags. We can leave your laundry outside for you to take in when you get home.
  • Do you service hotels, motels, Air BNBs, and other facilities?
    Yes! Give us a call.
  • When will I get my items back?
    If you schedule your pick-up by 12 p.m. your items will be delivered the same day and after 2 p.m. your items will be delivered the next day. For a rush order we can even deliver items the same day even after 2 p.m. for an additional fee. Rush fee subject to size of the order. For orders larger than 100 pounds they will be available the next day.
  • Do you travel outside city limit?
    We have a 25-mile radius from Downtown Waco. We do not travel outside of that area.
  • How do I pay for my items?
    You will receive an invoice by email when your laundry is complete. Payment is due prior to delivery.
  • Will my items be washed with anyone else's items?
    No! We will never combine your laundry with anyone else's items.
  • What if I forget to set my laundry out?
    Reminders will be sent to your phone the day before your pickup. If your clothing is not available at arrival time, you will be charged $10.
  • Do you wash comforters of all sizes?
    Yes! We can handle your big bulky comforters, pillows and sleeping bags as well. These items are priced by size.
  • Do you offer corporate pricing?

  • What is the $15 deposit?
    The $15 deposit secures your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your balance. It does not pay for your entire laundry service. The deposit is non-refundable, but if you need to reschedule, please call us with 24-hour notice and we will create a new appointment for you and apply your deposit.
  • Can I schedule weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service?
    Yes! Call us to set up your schedule.
